| This solution resolves print quality issues when printing at high speed by increasing tension on the Z-axis drive belt.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you trying to squeeze every last bit of speed out of your Leapfrog Creatr Series 3d printer then you are going to need to increase the belt tension on the Z-Axis. Follow the instructions below.

1. Locate the Z-Axis Belt in the base of your Leapfrog Creatr Series 3d printer.

2. Locate the Z-Axis Tensioner in the base of your Leapfrog Creatr Series 3d printer.

3. Use your 6mm Allan Wrench to only slightly loosen the Z-Axis pulley so that you can gently slide it inward to increase overall tension on the drive belt. A gap of just under a centimeter should be visible to you in front of the pulley along its adjustment track.

5. Secure the pulley with the 6mm Allan Wrench and make sure the belt still has some flexibility and give, you don't want it to rigid as this will degrade the belt and cause it to wear down quickly to the point that you will have to replace it.

6. Test the fix by printing an object you had issues with before and be thoughtful to note the difference in the vertical layering of the print and it's improved quality.
