Hello and thank you for choosing the Leapfrog Xeed for your printing needs.


If you notice that even after you use the bed level command and adjust the Z offset you bed is still not straight please make sure to check the following:



1. First make sure the hot ends are pushed all the way in the print head.


2. Then remove the housing of the print head to expose the drive units and most important the sensor assembly which helps level the bed:


3. Once the housing is removed you can check the sensor and see if there is something obstructing it and not allowing it to move to a position lower than the hot ends to stop the bed when the bed level command is used:


If there is something obstructing the sensor carefully remove the obstruction and then test the sensor using the bed level command to check the way it works. 


4. If the sensor still is not going lower than the hot ends please remove the drive unit motors so you have full access to the sensor assembly and check the mentioned parts (see the picture below):
