Note: This is for the current Windows version of Materialise; the Mac version will look differently.

STEP 00: This only works on a computer that has an active internet connection.

STEP 01: Search for the program called Build Processor Manager and open it. This program usually runs in the background with the Materialise.

(Here's a Windows Start Menu search for it)

STEP 02: Once the window is open, select the print model that you want to update the profiles(unless you have more than one Leapfrog 3D Printer model, the only one available will already be selected), and click the Configure button at the top of the window.

STEP 03: Find the "Edit Profiles" button in the bottom left corner and click it.

STEP 04: Notice the OEM Profile Version and the Update button to the right of it. Click the Update button and watch the OEM Profile Version to see if it updates. If it doesn't, please check your internet connection.

If you already have the latest updates, it should notify you as such:

Congratulations! Go ahead and celebrate (or at least give yourself a metaphorical "pat on the back"). You've successfully updated your Materialise print profiles!

If congratulations were offered a bit too soon, and you still aren't able to run the update, then please see the following solution link to assist you further: Materialise - Manually Importing .BPPROF Print Profiles
